Job summary

O'Neils Recruitment is partnering with a leading field marketing and retail solutions business to recruit an Insight Manager for a Berkshire-based hybrid role with client travel. Salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus an annual bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position.

You will turn data into commercial insights, influence senior stakeholders, and shape strategic direction. Lead and develop an insights team, deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Experience in Insights, Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or similar tools.
Ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
Previous people management experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver commercially focused insights that influence business decisions.
Build compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid, or similar tools.
Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and measure ROI.
Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to solve business challenges.
Lead data and insight projects from concept through implementation.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and insight professionals.
