Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Customer Insight Partner to put the customer at the heart of decision making. You will own a mix of insight projects, from surveys to direct customer conversations, and combine data sources to deliver clear, actionable insights for various teams across the business.

You’ll shape how we use customer insight, develop research programmes, and work with external partners to deliver high-quality research. Roles may involve flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a research, insight or customer experience role, independently delivering insight projects from start to finish.
• Naturally curious mindset with genuine interest in customer behaviour and experiences.
• Strong experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, observations, communities).
• Strong data literacy to analyse customer, research and business data and turn findings into actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and analyse both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Own insight projects from brief to analysis, recommendations and action planning.
• Support Customer Experience measurement and improvement by identifying pain points and opportunities.
• Show trends and themes from customer feedback to inform decisions across the business.
• Present insight clearly to stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product and Leadership.
• Turn insights into actionable recommendations that drive decision making.
