You’ll shape how we access insights, build dashboards and reporting, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product and Leadership to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insight or analytics role, independently delivering insight projects from start to finish.
• Naturally curious mindset with interest in market dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Strong experience working with large datasets (sales, loyalty, customer data).
• Ability to combine data from different sources and turn findings into a clear story.
• Confidence with imperfect data and good judgement to form recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of insight projects from brief to analysis, recommendation and action planning.
• Develop, govern and improve insight tools, data sources, reporting systems and best practice.
• Analyse market, sales, loyalty and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, risks and improvements.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments and industry trends to spot threats and opportunities.
• Use customer and market segmentations to support targeted decision making and commercial strategy.
• Create reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs to track customer, market and business performance.
