Job summary

Booker is seeking a Business & Market Insights Partner to join a growing team focused on understanding customers, competitors and markets to drive better commercial decisions. You’ll work with internal data, research and external insight to build clear pictures of performance and opportunities across diverse channels.

You’ll help shape how data and insight are used, developing tools, dashboards and reporting that make insights accessible across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insight or analytics role, independently delivering projects.
• Curious mindset and interest in market dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Experience handling large datasets and applying analytical judgement.
• Ability to turn data into clear narratives for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of insight projects from brief through to analysis, recommendations and action planning.
• Support the development and governance of insight tools, data sources, and reporting systems.
• Analyse market, sales, loyalty and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Use customer and market segmentations to aid targeted decision making and strategy.
