Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the food service proposition.
• Shape pricing and promotional planning.
• Support proposition activation and brand consistency.
• Use insight to inform proposition decisions.
• Support customer life cycle activity.
• Contribute to wider proposition services and standards.
• Partner on customer measures and contact strategy.
• Work cross-functionally through Governance and Natural Work Teams.
