Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify and quote required parts for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing for on-time delivery.
• Professionally pack and label parts for shipment.
• Keep customers informed about order status, delays and shipping updates.
• Maintain effective communication with customers via phone and email.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages for reordering.
