You will work closely with purchasing and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Identify and quote required parts for customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing.
• Pack and label parts for shipment.
• Inform customers about order status, delays, and shipping updates.
• Maintain effective communication with customers by phone and email.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages for reordering.
