Overview

Maritime Civil Engineer — Full time - Permanent

Location: Portsmouth or London. Hybrid working available (3 days in the office). Salary £45,000 - £55,000.

Role

As a Maritime Civil Engineer with at least four years of experience, you'll be at the forefront of exciting and varied projects. You'll:

  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using your expertise
  • Lead detailed designs for marine civil engineering projects
  • Draft and present proposals to new and existing clients
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
  • Provide technical expertise that's accessible and jargon-free
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgets and payments
  • Mentor and support junior team members

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in marine civil engineering
