Job summary

AXA XL in London, UK seeks an Associate Claims Adjuster, Marine to support claims administration within the Marine & Energy team. You will handle first notice of loss, data review, reporting, and ad hoc projects under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a virtual or local team environment while delivering accurate regulatory reports and maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• GCSE passes in Mathematics and English.
• Strong numerical, analytical and data review skills.
• Good PC skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate to tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support first notice of loss and new claim setup processes.
• Input and route financial transactions to Claims Specialists and Managers.
• Triage queries from brokers, insureds and claimants.
• Produce and maintain data presentation and analysis spreadsheets.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance reports and audits.
