Job summary

AXA XL in London, UK, is seeking an Associate Claims Adjuster in our Marine & Energy Claims team. The role focuses on administrative processes, data review, report collation and supporting the claims operation within the UK region.

You will assist with notices of loss, claim setup, inbox management, and data analysis while collaborating with Claims, Underwriting, and Enterprise Shared Services to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong numerical literacy and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support first notice of loss and new claim setup processes.
• Input and route financial transactions per authority levels.
• Triages queries from brokers, insureds, and claimants to assist Claims teams.
• Produce and maintain spreadsheets for data presentation and analysis.
• Assist with IT-related issues for Claims staff.
• Complete regulatory and compliance claim reports.
• Assist with audits and coordination tasks.
• Draft reports and correspondence for Claims staff.
