Job summary

Siemens Energy in Lincoln is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead projects introducing new products, processes and capital equipment into our Small Gas Turbine operation.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance, manage budgets up to €1 million, and drive projects from requirements through to on-time delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• HNC or degree in Engineering/Manufacturing with project/manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budgets, costs, schedules, risks and delivery commitments.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management, meetings and negotiations.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
• Knowledge of industrial turbomachinery is advantageous.
• A recognised PM qualification or progress towards one is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium manufacturing projects including NPI and capital equipment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Assembly and external suppliers.
• Develop and maintain robust project plans, milestones, risks and reporting with escalation as needed.
• Manage project costs and annual budgets up to €1 million.
• Act as primary project contact for internal and external customers; lead meetings and negotiate requirements.
• Deliver new products and improvements through the Product Development Process with cross-functional coordination.
