Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Delivery Manager to support the growth of the Execution Team within the Small Gas Turbines’ Assembly, Test, and Overhaul organization. You will drive accountability, visibility, and data-driven decisions, coordinating daily production plan execution and managing risks to sustain a stable delivery cadence.

You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics, acting as the primary contact for execution activities while driving performance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management or delivery management.
• Experience in production control within an industrial/operational environment.
• Certifications such as PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt showcased.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution of the production plan and monitor progress.
• Maintain and manage the operational risk register; identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and distribute delivery performance reports and dashboards.
• Act as primary point of contact for execution-related activities and unblock blockers.
• Facilitate alignment across Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Engineering and Logistics.
