You will shape world-leading products, support quality and output, and champion a zero-harm culture while collaborating with engineering, design, and NPI to move advanced technologies from concept to volume manufacture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in roles such as Launch Engineer, NPI Engineer, Project Engineer, or similar.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to innovate and contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues across internal processes and supply chain.
• Lead projects to improve quality, productivity, and flow (CI, engineering changes, value-stream initiatives).
• Collaborate with NPI to address technical and process challenges in product development.
• Design, develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Influence product and component design for manufacturability and high yield.
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable operations and uphold zero-harm culture.
