This onsite role offers up to £40 per hour for a 7-month contract with potential for extension. Candidates should have an NVQ4 qualification and proven experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in lineside engineering. The role includes close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

BROUGHTON, UK (ONSITE)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting, developing, and optimising manufacturing and production processes for advanced aerospace structures, ensuring safe, efficient, and repeatable operations across the shop floor. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to support industrialisation activities, build plan sequencing, and day-to-day production issues, maintaining a strong shop-floor presence while remaining office-based.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have NVQ4 Qualification
• Experience with SAP
• Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
• Lineside engineering background
• Experience working on or supporting shop floor operations
• Strong experience delivering improvement projects
