Manufacturing Process Engineer

£40,000 - £50,000 + Half Day Friday + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a Manufacturing Engineer or similar with a background in Manufacturing Process Improvement? Are you looking to play an integral part in implementing processes and leading continuous improvement strategies on behalf of one of the leading healthcare manufacturers in the UK?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier, who are undertaking a massive period of growth having recently acquired another business. The company provides medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, including stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices. Due to the nature of the business, taking care of their employees and nurturing their development is the key to the company’s growth and long‑term business strategy.

This varied and autonomous role, you will be responsible for developing and optimising assembly processes, identifying and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives, spotting assembly line issues, collaborating with Quality and R &D teams and analysing data to drive continuous improvement strategies. The shift is Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM, with a 1:30 PM finish on Fridays.

This role would suit a Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineer looking to play a pivotal role within a large manufacturer who will help you progress your career and give you full autonomy to be a major player in the business.
