Purpose of the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in multi-tasking machining. You’ll bring a process-driven mindset to developing turret lathes and next-gen turning centres, contributing to the build of our race cars and supporting components across our Team. If you thrive on solving problems, driving performance, and delivering high-quality machining solutions from concept to completion—we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design manufacturing stage models, drawings, jigs, fixtures, and bespoke tooling
  • Create CNC programs and setup sheets to meet right-first-time targets
  • Define manufacturing routings and methods for planning and manufacture
  • Deliver manufacturing-based projects that enhance performance and sustainability
  • Design, test and evaluate processes and SOP’s that support our workload and provide end to end assurity at pace
  • Collaborate with Machinists and Process Engineers to ease manufacture and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead quality concern resolution using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams
Job requirements
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, including DFM, cost control, and inspection planning
  • Skilled in offline programming and operating 3, 4, and 5-axis multi-tasking turn / mill machining centres
  • Proficient in CAD / CAM systems and tool management software
  • Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
