Deliveroo in Manchester is seeking a New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor who will be the vital link for new restaurant partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Managers to guide partners, educate on menu differentiation and advertising tools, and coordinate with internal teams to present a world-class digital storefront.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead outbound calls.
• Target-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• IT literacy across Microsoft software; Salesforce knowledge desirable.
• Emotional intelligence for building rapport with partners.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple restaurant partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead partner relationships for newly signed restaurants, ensuring engagement and success.
• Counsel partners on growth strategies, menu differentiation, and advertising tools to drive orders.
• Coordinate between restaurant partners and internal teams to maintain a world-class digital storefront.
• Conduct high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues and build trust.
• Manage administrative tasks for each restaurant partner and ensure process compliance.
