Deliveroo in Manchester is seeking a New Partner Experience Advisor to be the vital link for newly signed partners during their first two months on the platform, helping them navigate systems and set a path to long-term success.

You will work across Sales and Account Management to ensure a smooth journey, lead outbound calls, educate on menu optimization and advertising tools, and coordinate with internal teams such as photography to build compelling storefronts.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication with outbound calls.
• Ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft software; Salesforce knowledge desirable.
• Empathetic, proactive attitude and relationship-building.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Nice-to-have experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or technology environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Partner Relationships: primary relationship lead for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they are built for success and remain highly engaged with the platform.
• Consult on Growth: educate partners on menu differentiation and use of advertising tools to drive order volume.
• Liaison & Coordination: bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure a world-class digital storefront.
• Build Lasting Trust: conduct high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues and foster long-term partnerships.
• Operational Excellence: manage administrative lifecycle of multiple restaurant partners with precision.
