Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking an NPX Advisor for the Belgium Market, joining the Manchester team. You will be the primary contact for new restaurant partners in their first two months, guiding their setup, growth, and ongoing relationship building.

Role focuses on growth education, cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Account Managers, and ensuring partners feel confident and supported from launch through scale.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and phone presence.
• Ability to meet demanding targets with quality and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft software; Salesforce is a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and proactive attitude.
• High attention to detail and multi-restaurant coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relationships with newly signed restaurants to ensure engagement and success.
• Educate partners on growth and how to use advertising tools for volume.
• Act as liaison between partners and internal teams to maintain world-class storefronts.
• Perform outbound calls to resolve partner issues and build trust for long-term partnerships.
• Handle administrative tasks for multiple restaurant partners with precision.
