Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Advisor (French Speaking) to join our centralised onboarding hub in the UK. You will be the face of Deliveroo for new French-speaking partners, guiding SMBs through setup and ensuring they launch successfully.

This hybrid role requires fluent French and English, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive Partner Onboarding: be the primary contact for new restaurants and guide them through setup.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: answer partner queries with speed and accuracy to meet timelines.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with Sales and Account Management for smooth handovers.
• Execute Daily Call Plans: maintain outbound activity and hit KPIs while ensuring partner satisfaction.
• Maintain System Integrity: keep partner data up to date across internal systems.
