Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a New Partner Experience Advisor (Dutch/Flemish Speaking) for the Belgium Market to join the Manchester team. You’ll be the vital link for Belgium partners during their first 60 days on the platform, helping them build confidence and a long-term growth strategy.

This role reports into the NPX team, involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Account Managers, and requires fluent Dutch/Flemish and English, strong outbound communication, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Excellent phone presence with ability to lead outbound calls.
• Proven target-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce desirable.
• Strong emotional intelligence to build rapport with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Success with Belgium restaurants during the first 60 days.
• Educate partners on menus and advertising tools to drive order volume.
• Bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure a world-class storefront.
• Manage outbound calls to resolve issues and build trust.
• Maintain daily targets and meticulous administrative records.
