Zymix is expanding its IT team and seeks a Mandarin-speaking IT Support Specialist to aid daily staff support, onboarding/offboarding, and fleet-wide device management. You will manage user accounts, set up collaboration tools, and help migrate to a new device management system with minimal downtime.

You will work with Apple and Windows devices, coordinate with the office in Soho, and communicate changes clearly to staff during the rollout. Fluency in Mandarin is a valuable bonus.

Qualifications

• Provide daily IT support for staff and onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Adobe.
• Set up and migrate device management (Hexnode) and asset tracking.
• Support office setup, network and meeting room tech.
• Communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks in a rollout.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily IT support tasks for staff across London offices and remotely.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes with device provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Assist in the migration of fleet devices to new management platform and ensure security.
