Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin language skills required for daily liaison with stakeholders.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure management and production operation oversight.
• Experience in IT asset management, DR planning, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT infrastructure management across server, storage, network, and DR domains.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure services align with regulator requirements.
• Perform maintenance and changes to IT infrastructure for performance and stability.
• Draft and update IT manuals, procedures, and production management guidelines.
• Coordinate IT security reviews and ensure core networks and desktops maintain security levels.
• Prepare reports and liaise with HO/Data Centre on IT systems tasks.
• Train bank staff on IT knowledge and procedures.
