Job summary

People First is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Solution Manager (System) in Central London. You will work within the Operations Support team to design and deliver DICT and Telecom infrastructure projects, focusing on Private/Public Clouds, virtualization, Windows/Linux environments, and storage solutions.

Frequent client visits may be required. The role combines pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities, including requirements gathering, solution design reviews, and ongoing technical support, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computing Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure, with UK exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise and carrier customers.
• Lead pre-sales activities, attend technical meetings and gather customer requirements.
• Provide provisioning, deployment, migration, and vendor coordination during implementation.
• Deliver ongoing support for after-sales services and maintain solution architecture.
