Job summary

Manchester City FC in Manchester, GB, is seeking part-time venue guides to bring the club's story to life for visitors from around the world. You will deliver engaging tours of the Stadium, City Football Academy and Museum, using your knowledge, warmth and storytelling to create welcoming, informative experiences.

You will also support front-of-house duties, guest meet and greet, museum interactives and visitor flow, adapting to diverse audiences including families and fans.

Qualifications

• Experience presenting to groups in front of audiences.
• Experience in a customer-facing or visitor-focused environment.
• Ability to manage large groups in busy public settings.
• Storytelling ability to engage varied audiences, including children.
• Collaborative, flexible approach with calm under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Manchester City, football and Manchester; confident with visitor tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging tours across Stadium, City Football Academy and Museum.
• Support front-of-house duties, guest meet and greet, and museum interactives.
• Manage visitor flow and use tour/museum technology.
• Support other tour products and notice small details that enhance visits.
• Represent the Club with warmth and pride.
