Job summary

City Football Group is seeking Visitor Attractions Front of House Assistants at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester. You will warmly welcome guests, check them in for the Stadium Tour, manage bookings, and support souvenir photography and merchandise sales using the VEGA sales system.

You will also assist with the Tours VR experience and perform day-to-day admin using Excel and Word, working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth, engaging visitor journey from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent face-to-face customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience using till and booking systems accurately.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word for day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to stay organised and pay close attention to detail across guest and sales activity.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of the Premier League and Manchester City.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and check them in for the Manchester City Stadium Tour.
• Assist with souvenir photography and sales using the VEGA system.
• Sell photos, videos and merchandise face to face and contribute to daily sales targets.
• Support the Tours virtual reality experience and handle day-to-day admin in Excel/Word.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a friendly, organised visitor experience.
