City Football Group is recruiting for part-time and casual visitor-facing roles based in Manchester. You will deliver engaging stadium, academy, and museum experiences, bringing the Manchester City story to life through confident presentation and warm front-of-house service.

You'll join a team that values storytelling, hospitality, and memorable guest moments, with part-time roles typically 2 days per week including a weekend day. DBS checked and equal opportunities are part of our process.

Formación

• Experience presenting to groups and speaking confidently in front of others.
• Experience working in a customer-facing or visitor-focused environment.
• Experience managing or supporting large groups in a busy public setting.
• Ability to tell stories in an engaging way and adapt style for varied audiences, including children and family groups.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging tours across the Stadium, City Football Academy and Museum.
• Support front-of-house duties, guest meet and greet, and museum interactives.
• Manage visitor flow and use tour/museum technology as needed.
• Support other tour products and represent the Club with warmth and pride.
