As part of their continued growth in the utilities sector a tier 1 civil engineering contractor is seeking to recruit a Lead Managing Quantity Surveyor to complement their team on a Capital Delivery Framework in the water sector.
The role could offer an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor the opportunity to take the next step in their career and lends itself to an ambitious candidate seeking fast-track progression to Commercial Manager.

This role is with the water division, the wider group maintains a strong presence in civil engineering, rail, aviation and construction.
Suitable applicants will be educated to HNC / BSc Quantity Surveying and will have no less than six years of Quantity Surveying experience working within the civil engineering or utility sectors as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor.
You will have a thorough understanding of NEC forms of contracts and will be able to demonstrate a stable career history gained within either a sub or main contractor environment.
