Management Accountant in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, IT, and more. This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. Additionally, the role involves providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in meeting financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior finance teams to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting and financial results analysis.

Candidate Profile:

This role suits a detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
