Job summary

Tate is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting and strategic decision-making. Based near Weybridge, Surrey, this hands-on role covers management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.

This full-time permanent position offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and a salary of £50k-£60k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and KPI reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial modelling.
• Monitor working capital, credit control, and cash performance.
• Support VAT returns, audits, and statutory reporting.
