Job summary

Tate is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This hands-on role covers management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, KPI reporting, variance analysis, budgets and cash flow forecasting, monitor working capital, assist VAT and statutory reporting, and help improve

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.
• Experience improving cash flow and working capital.
