Job summary

Tate in Weybridge, Surrey, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and influence profitability and strategic decision-making. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and full-time.

You will produce monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, analyse revenue, gross profit, margins and costs; lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial modelling; partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial decisions and drive performance.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.
• Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight.
• Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills.
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and Excel skills.

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
