Job summary

Tate is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This hands-on role covers management accounts, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls, and business insight, working closely with senior leadership.

Based near Weybridge, Surrey, this full-time permanent position offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office / 2 days WFH) and the chance to influence growth through robust financial analysis and planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience producing management accounts.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling.
• Knowledge of audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs and KPI reporting.
• Deliver variance analysis and commercial insights.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, cash flow and financial modelling.
• Monitor working capital, credit control and cash performance.
• Support VAT returns, audits and statutory reporting.
• Improve financial controls and reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities.

About You

Essential

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified.

Desirable

• Exposure to finance, CRM, and operational systems.
