Job summary

Tate is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager in Weybridge to join a high-growth team. You will partner with senior leadership to drive profitability, performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include delivering monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial modelling while ensuring robust controls and VAT compliance.

Commercial Finance Manager

Salary: £65k-£70k based on exp

Based near Weybridge, Surrey

Hybrid- 3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Full-Time Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.

About You

Essential

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.
• Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
• Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight.
• Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills.
• Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and Excel skills.

Desirable

• Exposure to pricing, profitability analysis, and commercial decision support.
• Experience working within a high-growth or scaling environment.
