🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role across finance and operations, including:

• Producing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Monitoring costs, margins, and KPIs to drive efficiency
• Supporting investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario modelling
• Partnering with department heads to strengthen financial control
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting
• Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and compliance
• Identifying process improvements and streamlining financial workflows
• Supporting ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects across the business

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Qualified or part‑qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
• Proven experience in management accounting / commercial finance
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Advanced Excel + strong financial systems knowledge
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate finance to non‑finance stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
• High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong business partnering capability
