The Avenues Trust Group is seeking a Male Support Worker in Romford, Essex. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a salary of £25,845 per year pro rata and involves supporting adults with various needs to live independently.

Training is provided, and there is a focus on meaningful, rewarding care work. No prior care experience is required; candidates with retail, hospitality or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
