Qualifications

• Team Leader / Supervisory experience or stepping up from a secondment role.
• Must have completed a time-served apprenticeship, with at least 5 years experience.
• Ideally have worked in the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Lead a team of shift engineers with a hands-on approach.
• Manage PPM planning and workload scheduling.
