Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover) for 37.5 hours per week. You will manage subcontractor data, coordinate PQQ audits and quarterly performance assessments, and support system training across operational hubs.

The role requires experience with subcontractor management in repairs and maintenance, excellent administrative and stakeholder communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors in repairs and maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Visio).

Responsibilities

• Maintain subcontractor management systems and data accuracy.
• Coordinate PQQ audits and quarterly subcontractor performance assessments.
• Support system training for operational hubs to enable self-service.
