Job summary

HC-One invites applications for a Maintenance Operative in Liverpool to maintain safe, well-kept living environments for residents. You will undertake maintenance tasks across building, mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on kindness and respect in all resident interactions.

You’ll also perform audits, keep records up to date and follow safeguarding procedures, with training provided to ensure safeguarding awareness across the team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and repairs (taps, mixers, fans, windows, wallpaper)
• Perform safety audits and keep accurate records
• Adhere to safeguarding training and report concerns as required
