Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to recognise safeguarding signs and follow training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance tasks as requested by residents and staff.
• Audits and records kept up to date; proactive inspections.
• Replace fittings (e.g., taps), fit extractor fans, repair timber, and wallpaper as needed.
