Qualifications

• Solid experience in maintenance, building and DIY.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber, and wallpapering.
• Approach work with a focus on safety and resident well-being.
