Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• IT skills beneficial for records and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks to ensure residents live in well-maintained spaces.
• Perform audits and keep accurate records up to date.
• Replace taps or mixer valves, fit extractor fans, repair timber, and wallpaper as needed.
• Undertake safeguarding duties and report concerns when identified.
