Qualifications

• Maintenance tasks including taps, extractor fans, timber repair and decoration.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; IT skills preferred.
• Safeguarding training is required and ongoing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Perform proactive maintenance and repairs on resident environments.
• Attend safeguarding training and report concerns.
• Provide friendly, kind communication with residents and colleagues.
