Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Operative in Glasgow to maintain and upgrade residential facilities while prioritising resident well-being. You will perform a range of tasks from plumbing to carpentry, ensuring safe, proactive upkeep of the living environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• IT skills desirable to support daily tasks.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing windows or wallpapering.
• Ensure safety and safeguarding training is completed and applied in daily work.
