HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Operative skilled in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping. You will use technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems to keep resident homes proactively inspected and well maintained.

You’ll carry out audits, keep records up to date, and perform tasks like replacing taps, fixing extractor fans, and general refurbishment with kindness and respect. DBS/PVG required and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks to ensure resident homes are well maintained.
