Cmsol in Gloucester (Quedgley GL2) is seeking a Maintenance Work Scheduler to coordinate field engineers for boiler repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance across our contracts. This role suits organized individuals who can manage multiple tasks in a busy office and maintain smooth customer journeys.

You'll work Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with training and progression opportunities. Overtime is available, and a right-to-work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Teams.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• Flexible team player in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers for service and repairs by phone/email.
• Schedule appointments with customers and client representatives using planning software.
• Adhere to company procedures and provide excellent customer service.
