Job summary

CMS is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Maintenance Planner based in Salisbury. You will plan and coordinate engineers for boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, with training provided.

The role requires scheduling experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office environment. Competitive salary (£20,000–£22,000) with training and development opportunities and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and scheduling roles.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Deal with field-based engineers face to face and via phone/email.
• Arrange service and repair appointments with customers and engineers.
• Review completed job reports and update electronic records.
• Report on contract KPI's to contracts manager.
• Raise and process purchase orders using SAGE.
