Job summary

Cmsol is hiring a Customer Service Advisor / Work Scheduler in the Salisbury area. The role offers a 40‑hour week (Mon-Fri 8:00–5:00) with some flexibility, permanent contract, and home‑based options where feasible.

You will plan and coordinate engineers for boiler repairs and maintenance, working with a contracts manager and a team of engineers. The position requires scheduling experience, good MS Office skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or scheduling roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers for service and repair visits using planning software.
• Communicate with customers and client representatives by phone and email.
• Schedule appointments and manage the diary to optimise field resources.
• Support company procedures and provide a positive customer journey.
