Job summary

Cmsol in Gloucestershire is seeking a Planning / Scheduling Administrator to coordinate engineers for boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance for clients across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Based at our central office, you will work Mon-Fri 8.00am-5.00pm in a busy office and contribute to a positive customer journey.

You will learn our planning software, handle service bookings, review reports, and support contracts with KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and scheduling within a busy office environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Teams.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with field-based engineers via phone and email.
• Arrange service and repair appointments with customers and engineers using planning software.
• Review completed job reports and update electronic records.
