Rated Traders Ltd. is seeking a diligent Scheduler to coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments, allocating tasks to operatives and contractors. You will liaise with residents, contractors and internal teams to keep diaries and workloads on track, while updating systems and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Scheduler Previous scheduling experience within repairs or maintenance is essential.
• Housing, property or facilities experience would be advantageous.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good IT and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
